hey guys i had the steering wheel removed and put back on my 06. After i started driving it the VSA light stays on and also the ! meaning its off. The steering wheel is off centered could that be the reason its malfunctioning? or could it be a damaged sensor would an alignment of the wheel fix it

 

Same exact thing happened to mine. Took it to the dealership and they had to replace the steering angle sensor. It also could be that the entire unit was not put back in at the right position. Either way an alignment will not fix it.
