Duration And Lift

Does anyone know the duration and lift on the stock cams?

i was researching about the lifts and duration of the stock cams.. i lost the specs somewhere....
pm ultimate lurker i believe i got the specs from him

the only number that is stuck in my head from when I did my head back then was a .480 lift. Dont quote me on that though, working off my head.
I dont know about duration
