Missed you did that! The GRN/WHT wire leaves the brake switch and passes through a connector (C404) before it goes to the lamp. This interconnect is not seen in your schematic. This reference is for a left hand drive US (AP1). I see you are down under so not sure how right drives are wired (?). On US cars C404 is located on the driver side above the left knee; under the dash to the left of the steering shaft. It connects the dashboard wire harness B (left branch) to the rear wire harness (left branch). Look for 3 connectors side by side by side. C303 (left) is a 14 wire grey connector. C404 is a 24 pin Lt Blu.located center. Right is C403 which is a 16 pin Lt Blu connector. The GRN/WHT is pin 17 located in the center of the connector (between a GRN (pin 16) and YEL/BLK (pin 18)). One more thing to test/check. Hope this helps.
