My scanner tells me exactly what things are left to set too. In VA, you can pay $10 to get a 1 month extension on your registration to allow readiness to become active.

I found it, just to have the information here on s2ki.

Catalytic Readiness
Enable Criteria:
ECT (Coolant) at 158*F or higher.
IAT at 20*F or higher
Vehicle speed is steady, and speed sensor reads more than 25mph

Procedure:
Test drive car under stop & go conditions with short periods of steady cruise. After 5 miles the readiness code should be complete.

Evaporative Emissions Readiness
Enable Criteria:
At engine start up, ECT and IAT are higher than 32*F but lower than 95*F
At engine start up, ECT and IAT are within 12*F of each other

Procedure:
Test drive car under stop & go conditions with short periods of steady cruise. After 2.5 miles the readiness code should be complete.

Keep neutral
Increase to 2k rpms and hold for ~3 minutes.

Drive 50-60mph in 5th gear
