ECU Removal Instructions?

can anyone help me here with some pics and how to get it out? thanks!!!

there's not much to it, 2 bolts on the bottom you take out, and also unplug all the harnesses going to it. then it just comes out

its under the driver side kick panel (panel left of the clutch pedal)

hmmm o really...i thought for 00-01's it was on the passenger side and for 02-03's its on the driver side...
