I went under the section FAQ's, DIYs, and Maintenance to follow the steps on how to reset the ECU when I had a CEL but its still staying on! I just installed a Injen intake and got the P0411 code after. I went out to buy a OBD2 reader so I can clear the codes. I followed this link

Disconnect the negative terminal for about 2 minutes and it will reset that way.

 

You got some vacuum lines reversed. Search P0411 in this forum and you will find some threads on which ones are crossed.
