Default ECU Reset Mod?

Has anyone figured out an easy way to manually reset the ECU without disconnecting the battery? I am thinking of the push-button reset mods done on other Hondas or something similar.

Thanks,
Tanq

Yeah, there's a fuse you can pull. Check the FAQ General Maintenance: Resetting ECU/Check Engine Light.

Look at the fusebox under the dash....far right side, 2nd fuse from top (3rd slot, 7.5A). Pull it, wait a few seconds, replace it....you're ready to rock.

Check out:

http://www.ntpog.org/mods/fifth-afc/ecu.shtml

for a "permanent" one. I can't vouch that the wire is the same (probably isn't), but if you email or PM me I can look it up and tell you which one it is.

On the ECU..

Connector B 25 pin (middle gray connector) pin 21 White/Red (VBU) Power source for memory.
Requires a Normaly closed switch inline. Open will reset the ECU.
