ecu swapping

Default ecu swapping

just wondering can you guys help i have an ecu with an immobilisr but want to get rid of it if i swapped it for a jdm will that ecu work in my car?

There is no Immobilizer removal FAQ post on S2ki for security reasons.

The immobilizer is in the ecu.

I think he realises that. That's why he is considering a JDM ecu which doesn't have an immobiliser.

I just hope he realises that the JDM ECU is limited to 180Kph which limits your getaway speed after you jack an S2000 with a JDM ECU.

yous really are sad ya think i would have paid for a years membership and been on this site nearly everyday just to rob a car get a life will yous all you guys are good for is smart answers no point even asking yous things because all ya get is smart answers if i was to rob a s2000 would ya not think i would just rob the keys.......like same problem peole have when they put s2000 engines into kit cars and all you people do is give smart answers instead of just helping people
