First:
where did you connect the "illumination GREEN" wire to??
yellow=constant 12V=(trunk release?)
Red= ACC=Cig lighter
Black=Ground=Self explanitory..
Second:
Where did you route wires thru from under hood?
Pictures? or kind of an idea. somewher away from pedal wires and moving parts preferred.
thank you VERY much.

the green wire gets hooked up to the parking light wire (red/black). you can find this wire in the keyless entry module behind the start button. for the wires under the hood, I just cut a slit in the big rubber gromet for the hood latch cable. I did it this way rather than drill a big hole through the firewall. I hope this helps!
1) I got all of the necessary power (Constant, ACC, Illumination) from the HiFi head unit connection.

2) There're some unused holes on the firewall reserved for exact adding more cables. My car is a right-hand driver vehicles so I'm not sure if the holes are the same and vacant in your case. They're just covered with black plugs and you can remove them by simply pushing with a screwdriver. (For example, there is a small one under the washer reservior... unfortunately cannot see in the photo.)

My car is right-hand vehicle, so the picture shows the outlet near pedals. In your case it'll be on the passenger side. Anyway, the picture shows the outlet the hole lead to.

As I'm using TEIN Super Racing shocks, I'm using 2 sets of EDFC console (and 8 motors...) so I've also plus punched several holes on the rubber gromet of the main cables on both sides too to accomdate all the cables.

Hope this help.
Peter

thanx peter.. i was actually looking in the well and saw that same grommet on MY driver side(lhd) and routed it thru there.. i actually used the plastic stiff stuff that comes wrapped around the box.. made the tip pointy and snaked it thru.. then on the other side tied it to the wires and pulled back thru.lol
as for the illum i connected to the illum source going to the "top down" button in the console.
