I am having a hard time trying to figure out how to jump the connection on my passenger window. Basically I removed my soft top assembly. A friend's soft top control unit went bad so I sent him mine and didn't realize I needed it to roll up my passenger window. Is there a way to splice/jump the wires to be able to use my passenger window switch normally? The car is a 2000.

Thanks.

You should be able to locate a BLU/RED wire (+ UP) and a BLU/WHT wire (DOWN) for the passenger window. The BLU/RED needs power to activate the Passenger window for UP.
This should help.

Its not just a simple splice of matching color the connector going to the window is blu/red and blu/wht.. but the connector going to the body doesn't have those color.. I can wire jump wires to roll it up and roll it down, but I want to be able to do it on the switch. If i jump the red/blu (b3) window connector side to blu/blk (a14) body connector side and red (b4) window connector and blk (b10) the windows will move up.

I think my problem is not completing the circuit.. i tried running power to both up and down like what you said but don't know which other wires to run to to ground to complete the circuit

I just want to be able to wire it and use my switch like normal.

There are three wires leading to the Top Control Unit. the BLU/RED, (UP), BLU/WHT (DN) and a RED/BLU which looks like the Master DN switch wire for the Top Control (when the Top is activated). The PWR lead running to the Main Switch is the RED/WHT wire. This wire when joined with the (UP or DN) wire activates the window. Also Black is the ground.

Let me know what success you have....

Want yo buy the part you are missing instead of cutting up the wire harnesses? Make me an offer, I have a few of these in a box.
