This morning I heard a high whistling sound come from the garage. I finally traced it to the dash of my '04. Turned on the ignition and the dash was a total whiteout, the windshield wipers wouldn't stop and every other light was on. The engine started but the dash was still a whiteout and the wipers, rear window defroster and other controls would not shut off. Finally I got the idea to disconnect the battery and reconnect it. That was the solution and now everythign seems fine. Any idea what happened?
