does anyone have the e - manage settings for the s, mainly the ignition
we keep blowing the ignition fuse

 

I can't imagine having incorrect timing blowing fuses (engines yes, fuses no).

Is your ignition firing order correct? Should be 1342.

Did you follow the directions on this site with regards to jumpers and dials? Search is back up so have a look. There are pictures of the circuit board and wiring diagrams.
