you'll have to figure out exactly whats making the noise.

Once thats discovered you'll have to figure out why. Maybe its just something bent that needs to be bent back the other way or maybe its damaged altogether and neeeds replaced.

Just pull the front bumper and see whats up with that airpmp

you might have knocked a hose loose or cut a hose, thus rushing air creating noise. It could be anything, you should remove the bumper and have a good inspection. Mine makes a slight wooshing turbo like sound on start up but it isn't overly loud. You must have knocked something loose.

see mine turns on like a hand dryer in the bathroom just like 3 times louder and then when it shuts off it makes the whistle sound like the blowoff of a turbo

Its the same thing. The air, and or emissions pump is for cold starts. If I remember right it warms the catalytic converter up for easier cold starts, if you have a test pipe, you dont need the pump. I just bought a new one b/c mine went bad. I have a test pipe but there is no way around the CEL. So you have to get a new one if you dont want a CEL.
