My AP1 ticks too, but not that loud. I would contact Billman for a valve job and or TCT, whichever he recommends. IMO don't have anyone but Billman work on your car unless you are a good DIY mechanic.

 

That does not sound like tct.

and the very first video was before i Rebuild my head. now i rebuild my head change valves, springs,retainers,guides. but still has ticking noise not as loud but still there.

 

So you don't think it's the tct?

 

Hi, I have had a similar noise for ages now (not quite as loud as yours though) and it has been driving me crazy. What I did was take off the aux belt and found the tensioner pulley bearing was absolutley shot (loads of play) so have ordered a new one, 99.9% convinced this will solve my problem (and maybe yours too) will let you know how I get on.
