Default Oil Change Interval with Track Days

Did a little searching and didn't find this discussion. Just got my oil changed (Mobil 1 and OEM filter) before a track day where I had just under 2 hrs of total track time. I have two more track days planned in July and some recreational driving before then. What are some thoughts on a change interval for a situation like this?

Do some oil analysis with black stone to decide. I use castrol edge 10w-30 and change mine ever 6,000-7,500 miles. That distance is usually 3 track days, dd miles, and 5-7 autox events in that time. The black stone people tell me to try longer intervals every time too because the oil still has protective properties in it at that point. Never felt good about going longer. The tests are cheap reassurance.

Blackstone-labs.com is the site for it

Avoid M1 standard for track. At a min switch to the 0w40 euro blend. Their eco line is going to break down and get really thin at the track. I'd personally run a better oil though.

Black Stone is a great place to see what you're doing to the oil, however I just go a few track days on the oil. I'd track on oil with 4K but not 7K if that makes sense. You're going to burn some so bring extra to the track. The more you burn the fresher the oil.

Has anyone else been in a similar situation or can make a recommendation based on an analysis they've had done?

I'm considering switching to Pennzoil Ultra, it's readily available and used oil analysis of it seem consistently good.

Thanks takeshi. Based on those results and my own research from BITOG I could safely make it through the other track days before the next change but my searches also have me thinking switching to Pennzoil Ultra might be worth doing beforehand. I'm considering a UOA before and after.

Motul fan here. 7-10k miles still shouldn't be an issue. U really don't need to change much earlier than that with a good oil, would just throwing be throwing good money away.
