Default Engine choking

I am not sure if anyone has had this problem but I just took my s2k out from storage and have been driving it for like 3 weeks now. At about 6.5k just after the vtec kicks in, the engine chokes and starts to decline in rpm. I have only tried this on first and second gear and the same thing happens. I don't know why this is happening even after the engine is warmed up. If any one knows what might be causing this and could help, that would be greatly appreciated.

Ive only experienced this when the engine is not fully warmed up. Just after VTEC is bogs. Improper VTEC can be due to lack of oil

Thanks, I just checked and the oil is a little low so I topped it off. Will see if there's any change later.
