Default Engine dying

My RPMs go down and the engine dies. This happens when the car is warm and I'm driving. It starts off good, but as soon as the car gets warmed up and I depress the clutch to shift gears, my RPMs will drop and the car will just die. It also fluctuates when I'm just revving it up and and depress the clutch half way. I have to pump the clutch and slow down to prevent it from dying sometimes. However it will do it every time.

I have just got my car back from the Honda Dealership and they replaced my ECU with a new one. Any ideas on what it could be?

I'm pretty pissed off that I paid them $1500 and it comes back the way I gave it to them.
