Hi All,

I drive my 2001 S2000 fairly hard and maintain it well, I am very concerned thou but the seemingly high amount of engine failures that the S2000 has suffered from in the states, I have heard of two cases in the UK, one was FOC'd by Honda, the other I am not sure about, In Japan I have not heard of any cases but will ask around.

Has anyone written to higher management of Honda and recieved a formal response on the issue ? Perhaps a letter "electronically" signed by all users of this forum should be sent to Honda head office in Japan demanding an explanation and guarantee that these parts if they fail due to no fault of the owner will be FOC'd outside of the warranty period.

S2000 Spa Yellow/ red VGS / mugen exhaust (low RPM's from now on ...)
NSX Sebring silver/ black / red (8000 here we come)

 

i dont know its hard enought to get them to replace anything under warranty, but i you want to try sounds good to me.
