engine fluid question

I'm coming up on my 15k mark, what fluids do I need for my tranny and my diff? I heard that the stuff honda has can mess it up so I'm looking at different aftermarket fluids. mobil1, etc. . . Please let me know. Thanks

Honda MTF for the trans.

Mobil1 75W90 is a good choice for the dif.

check the oil journals in the technical section, it's highly informative.

I changed engine oil, trans and diff fluids this weekend. This time I went with Amsoil 10w-30, Amsoil 75w-90 manual transmission fluid and LE-607 for the diff.
