Default Engine Harness - Where does this go?

Hi guys can someone please tell me where this blue plug on the engine harness goes or connects to?

if im not running the standard dash I could just leave it up plug then?

spitfires: is there another plug that goes next to the dark blue plug on the far right?

On the ECM/ECU?
In the pic you posted that is the empty hole at the top of the ECU.. right?

I don't think so.
My picture was taken during Modifry's Yellow Jacket install (to correct the speedo)
The car was driveable , I removed no connectors.
