Default engine hesitation

Since i have check my spark plugs torque i have this problem : engine hesitate between 1000rpm and 2500rpm when i try to accelerate . I have cleaned all the small connectors that goes on the thing that goes on the plug ( can't remember the english name for that !! hehehe ) but it doesn't change anything.
I thought it was bad gaz but after i fill it up it also didn't change a thing
Anyone have an idea what is the problem ?? ( It's like i have a misfire at low rpm on one cylinder ) But i'm not a specialist !! It's just a feeling i have. Thanks
