Default Engine idle and running, has a "clicking"?

Ok, so im looking to turbo my s2k, after i get brakes and new wheels... and im checking over my engine to make sure everything is in good shape... and ive had this sound... i guess the best way to describe it is a steady click, its really fast too... its not terribly loud... only audible from the front of the car and when hood is up... its as fast as a rattle snakes rattler (dumb comparison but its quick and steady)... im wondering if its either timing chain or serpentine belt? dont have a video camera but i have a phone... i can send videos if anyone has any idea

Same question, I'm planning to get it from dealership, but is it necessary to replace chain too? AP1 w/ 90k miles here.

You just need the tensioner. You can get them here at Hardtopguy:

Or just go to a dealer and you can probably get one.

You do not need to change the actual chain. It's not even in the service manual so don't even worry about it. The TCT is just held in with 3 bolts, and will pop out. It's very simple to replace.
