Default Engine knock/click noise

Hi I'm in need of urgent help, started hearing this noise (video below). Noise only exists when car is idle.. Taken it to a mechanic and I've been told I need to change my camshafts? And another one says its a timing chain issue. Just wondering what you guys think.. And if it is a camshaft issue will the following items be sufficient to change the camshafts.

OR

Car is a 2001 AP1 with 105,xxx km's on it. In my 3 months of ownership it has never been tracked, driven reasonably only hit vtec on average 1-2 times each time I drive it.

All fluids and engine oil (full synthetic) topped up when I purchased the vehicle at 103,500 km's.

Engine noise video

Thanks.

P.S please Billman come to the rescue!
