Maybe it's just regular 'Honda noise'? I've been told Honda's are nosier than other cars.. I have no local s2k's to compare this to but does anyone else have a say on this? Are Honda engines in fact noisier than say a Nissan engine of comparable size?

It looks like your car is leaking oil from the vtec solenoid, it also looks like your valve cover has been replaced with an aftermarket one. It sounds like a spun rod bearing. 99% your car was run low of oil. why is the top of the valve cover covered in oil, did you damage the tube seals?

check your crank dampener. If those start falling apart, or are not tight enough you get this noise.

Well i know they are not supposed to sound like that im not dumb. Its not my daily so i dont care, and if it did blow it would give me a reason to build it.But as the way it looks right now i will have to pull the entire motor apart to find out what it is and i just dont feel like doing that right now.
