Default Engine light, VSA light, brake light and triangle exclamation light are on

My car was sleeping on floor jack for aboit 2 years, I recently put my oem brakes back, and start running the car.

I have 4 lights on and OBD2 readers is only reading p0141 and I'm not able to clear it (when I clear it, its there again)
Also engine light, vsa and triangle light does not go away either by obd2 reader

For the CEL, check the wiring for 02 sensors. If it comes back on right away it's because the sensor has either completely taken a dump, or there may be an open in the wire caused by rodents or mice. If the sensor is still good, or even being relatively "lazy" as we call it, the light will not come back on right away.

The other lights can only be cleared by a Honda dealership, there aren't many code readers that can do VSA. It may be as simple as the ECM for the VSA temporarily lost communication with the main ECU and set the codes, all they would have to do is reset it and you'll be on your way. Worse case scenario is again another broken wire for a sensor somewhere. You won't know until a Honda scanner is plugged in your car.

I'm a tech for Honda, feel free to ask any other questions.

Car was sitting out of battery so I am assuming that caused the VSA to lose communication with ECU, (going after your comment).

If I go to the dealer regarding to this issue, maybe just to clear the light, should i expect to pay? if so what should i pay just to plug read and reset?

I will check the cell for wire, I know that wires were visible near the O2 sensor, maybe something cut through.

If all I'm doing is clearing a code and no diagnostics, I'll charge 0.5 which at my Honda's door rate is $51.

Check both oxygen sensors, there's one on the header and one on your cat. Bank 1 Sensor 2 is the one on the cat, but check both to cover your bases.

o2 In the cat is bad, change it.

Your VSA and triangle lights are on due to the CEL, they go on by default with the CEL.

Your red brake light is on due to low brake fluid, a stuck float, or a parking brake lever issue.

I just added brake fluid in (it was at the low level) i don't know if being at low would trigger the brake light to come on.

I removed the cat yesterday and yes o2 sensor was broken in to two pieces. I removed them from the cat and cat looks fine to me. should i get a new cat as well?

there is no broken piece i can hear in the cat when I shake. both sides of the honeycomb

Yes low brake fluid will cause a red brake light via the float.

Cat is good.

Being that it was low, make sure the float is not stuck down.
