Would E-manage allow me to tune partial throttle?
Would a later vintage ('03) ECU provide a better partial trottle for an AP2 than a '00 ECU?

E-manage lets you tune partial throttle and timing can be tuned as well. I think you can also set up a VTEC window so that the high cam comes on at WOT sooner than under partial throttle. VAFC is very limited.

Regarding sleeves, the geometry of the F22C is much different than any of the B series motors and the F20C. The side forces are much higher. I have not personally seen the sleeve wear, but the premier S2000 tuner in SoCal sets the rev limit at 8,500 for a race trim S2000 because they noticed excessive sleeve wear when running it higher.
