Engine might be done..
Hmm well its not that im unwilling to open it up myself, but the place I live doesn't allow me to work on my car. How long does it usually take? If I can do it in one day I could just do it at a friend's place. And don' I need to rent a crane or whatever for the engine?

You can remove the oil filter in a few minutes, then replace it with a cheap one to keep the oil in. Once you have cut it open you will have a pretty good idea if there is anything wrong inside the motor.
Well I had a mechanic listen for the sound, and he said it's most likely the bearing. So my bearings are shot if I see shavings in the oil? But how can I find out if I damaged my cylinder walls?

If your bearings are to the point where you can hear them then I would say you need a new bottom end, because once they are to that point your rod, crank, and potentially main bearing are all damaged, plus who knows what else, the shock could even damage your connecting pins ect.
The ideas of looking at the oil/oil filter are good for anyone who maybe suspects they have a bearing issue and would like to get an idea before it gets to the point where the OP is. Once it is to this point unfortunately it is to late
