Engine Mounts
Hi;
I have in mind go changing my engine mounts for a "race only" to go to the circuit, the problem is that I have to do it several times throughout the year and can not find an easy way to get the engine block ... so proceed :
1-I turn the car in front to wedges, not too
2-10mm screw dismounted ground (driver's side)
3-remove four 17mm bolts under the engine mount
4-remove two top 17mm
5-And finally I come up with the jack and a wooden block under the engine crankcase
In this way I can not get them out because the motor touches its back side, I get a couple of inches at most to get them easily to upload the engine more quietly? Could rise several inches more if instead uploading it were up front?
To say that my engine mounts are not cracked and therefore I take them whole
Thanks
