Engine Slant / Engine Mounts

Engine Slant / Engine Mounts
Hopefully a relatively simple question....... I'm using the F20C engine and gearbox as part of a project I'm about to start. I want to retain the original "slant" of the engine in the new chassis but wondered what actually introduces the angle?
For example are the engine mounting points on the subframe horizontal with the angle introduced by the engine mounts? Or is it the engine mounts themselves that do it? Or something that I haven't even thought of.
Any assistant greatly appreciated, if anyone can suggest other sources of information where the F20C has been used in alternative vehicles that would be a great help.
Thanks

Yukspeed does engine mount kits to fit the S2000 engine into MK1 and MK2 Escorts. in the Escort the engine is sat upright but i used one of the kits, as it comes in kit form, to fit the engine into a chassis at about the standard angle. the Escort kit will be quite harsh though.
but you could adapt pretty much any mount you want with a bit of fabrication skills. the standard S2000 mounts seem very expencive second hand and are prone to failing anyway.
