Recently had a valve adjustment it went smoothly. Then, my engine sounded like a diesel. So after a search i concluded that my engine sounded like the ones in the videos. So i changed the TCT, some of the noise went away. But the diesel sound is back. I pull the coil packs and i find oil. Towed the car to a shop, they pulled the valve cover and reinstalled new spark plug seals (the ones installed before, were pinched and ripped). The car idles a little better. But it still sounds like a diesel at 2.5~3.5k rpms, its also faint at idle.

I haven't pulled the spark plugs yet because i just got back. Still hot. Should that be the next step?

Im currently using mobil 1 10w-30 for about 4k miles.

Anybody in socal want to drive by and listen or give me some advice? Im in west covina 91790.
