just did a valve adjustment. I have the billman tct

Was the TCT installed properly using the Billman supplied bolts? Pressed in, not forced in using the bolts, and the cotter pin pulled out the access hole on the front of the engine after installaton? (Reports of improper installation have appeared here causing the chain to be over-tensioned.)
