Default Engine Noise - Please help diagnosing

Hey guys,
I need your help diagnosing what this noise could be coming from. It's 2002 with about 45K on it.
What was recently done to the car in the following order:
-replaced valve retainers with AP2 retainers, all went smooth, no pieces dropped in the engine, all torqued to specs in correct order - drove for a month or so, no issues
-Installed new clutch/flywheel/pp and all torqued to specs, all went smooth - drove for a week, broke the clutch in, no issues
-replaced BELT tensioner unit(the whole thing with spring, not just the pulley)
-flushed coolant and followed Billman's coolant bleed procedures
-Oil change - German Castrol 0W-30, been running this oil in the last 3 years
-installed BAWSS oil filter bracket
After 2 days of driving I got this noise. Any suggestions ideas would be appreciated. It sounds like its coming from the head, 1st or 2nd cyl, possibly valve. Not so loud towards the bottom.
Troubleshooting done:
-Remove cover and inspected for loose bolts/nuts - all good. VISIBLY all valve clearance look OK, I have not touched them car has only 45K on it
-checked cyl pressure - all good
-removed accessory belt - noise still there
-cold or warm noise is there but seems to get quieter when warms up, but not much. HELP! SEE VIDEO BELOW.

To clarify I meant belt tensioner, not timing chain

I thought that sounded more like a rattle noise where this is more of a timing clicking.

No I have not done that, not sure how it's done, I will look into it.

Thanks for your replies!

I forgot to mention in my original post the whole BELT tensioner/pulley because we cross-threaded the thing in attempt to change the pulley only. The whole unit is brand new, aftermarket unit off Amazon, NOT OEM.
We also removed the accessory belt as troubleshooting step - noise is still there.

By removing the oil pressure switch and installing a oil pressure gauge in place. It's an NPT fitting, it's right by the oil filter, near the bypass hose which is right by the oil filter as well.

To be honest, Honda really should have included an oil pressure gauge in the car, but noooo they had to keep the dash minimalist.

It is NOT an NPT fitting. Threading in an NPT fitting will undoubtedly strip and possibly crack the block!

Honda uses a 1/8 BSPT (British Standard Pipe Thread) fitting for the pressure switch in the block. You'll need a 1/8 BSPT to 1/8 NPT adapter as almost all oil pressure gauges use 1/8 NPT

It looks and sounds the same as mine. My car was run with low in oil and one of the pistons was damage. Now i have to rebuild the engine or get a used one. If you find something about your problem let me know. Good luck.
