My guess would be the TCT but who knows.

Pressure pump for what? Never heard of that. You mean oil pump?
Maybe the air pump....

valves are fine, timing is aligned, spark plugs are ok....

Its not ticking or making noise to be TCT, but when it gets warm the engine shakes as if there is a mis-fire. The idle is normal too when it happens. On good days, the shaking stops, especially on cold days. Can it be heat soak?
Took my stock box lid out and it stop for a good 3 days. Weird. Lack of air? who knows.

Any inputs?

Some of you guys are describing a noise, but yet also some vibration assoiciated with it. That is the confusing part, if it were one or the other I would have some good ideas. If I was actually there to whitness the sound and learn the partern first hand of when it was doing this, that would be a big help.

yeah, i still can't figure it out. I tried to get a sound clip but the engine noise just drowns the rattle.

i've noticed that the noise is only there when the engine revs pass certain rpms, like when i slightly tap the accelerator or rev it up to 5-5.5K and let go of the pedal. it just comes and goes. if i hold the pedal steady, the noise disappers. i know it's confusing...

i'm gonna bring it in to another dealership and to get a second opinion.

^^^ I wonder if it is your heatshield, either the devider or on the manny. There can be anything from a loose nut/bolt, to a stress crack in the cover to just a vibration. I removed my devider becuase it was making noise and then I seen a stress crack on my manny cover right under one of the mounting bolts.
