Default Engine not getting fuel?

How it’s going guys i recently purchased an ap1 with a recent engine swap not running, after diagnosing further the engine is getting spark, air, and fuel but i believe the fuel isn’t being shot through the injectors. Started the car up with starter fluid but died almost right away. Also the car has 210 compression all around and cranks healthy. Any ideas?

Replaced it with a working one as well as test it for power and still the same. Also figured out fuse #21 isn’t getting any power under the dash.

Fuse #21 is ecu and main relay, you need to follow up on this.
It will not start if you don't get power here.

Check the bigger fuses under the hood next to the battery.
You can find circuit diagrams and pretty much everything else to download from here https://s2000.club/

It started with starting fluid, right? Did I understand that correctly?

That woukd seem to rule out a spark issue, as well as spark timing issue. That would mean it rules out cam sensor, rules out power to ecu issue.

And you said its 'getting fuel', 'but maybe injectors aren't spraying'? Assuming that means you confirmed its generating fuel pressure, why not confirm injectors are spraying?

Remove injectors, plug them in one at a time, pointed into an old water bottle, and see if they spray, check pattern, etc. Check each one plugged into its connector (so you're checking power getting to connector too).

Correct, fuel gets to the rail and there’s power to the injector plugs but i still haven’t tested the injector spray.

Starts up with starter fluid although dies almost right away leading me to believe injectors aren’t spraying.
