Default Engine Shuts off while Driving HELP HELP!

Recently blew my engine and had a shop installed a brand new Honda Factory Long Block. It has been working fine for the last several months up until tonight. Driving at about 45mph and out of the blue the car shuts off all of my gauges shut off, engine shut off, but headlights, stereo, one window, the AC and radar detector stayed on. Car would not turned on, brakes would not respond, and lost power steering. After a few minutes the car turned back on and everything back to normal. Drove a few more miles and it did it again. Guys i am just outside my shop guarantee and can't really afford spending too much money. I would greatly appreciated any feedback, suggestions, directions or ideas as to what could be wrong with the car. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like an intermitten open. To swap out the long block, quite a bit of those electrical connectors had to be disconnected and then plugged back together again. I would check all the connectors; especially the one to the ECU.

The car popped out of ignition 2 to ignition 1. All the items you described are linked to position 1.

check you ignition switch....this happened to me once, from a heavy keychain momentarilly upsetting the switch.
