hey guys i need everyones help
i was driving home (not racing kept the rpm around 4000.) when its starts to sputter. so i slowed down to 65mph exitted the freeway when i started to brake the rpm fell below 1000 rpm and then the car stalled. i tried starting it but it wont start and smoked came out so i pushed my car to an ajacent parking lot to look at the engine bay. i was able to start the engine and drove the car home (i was one block away) it could be the fuel system (injectors, fuel rail, pump ETC.) or my first tought was the spark plug but when took the plugs out they looked normal no carbon build up. i checked the oil level and it looks normal no fluid leaks so what could it be? also it threw a cell code but when i disconnected the wires the connected the fog lights that came with my car the car ran smoothly
wtf is going on thanks for reading and all comments, ideas or solution are welcome so feel free to chime in

Tried the 'map whack'?

Pull the code with an OBD2 scantool and post it.

 

Until you get this, you will never really know.
