I am swapping out my 2000 f20c motor and i need to know if a 2005 motor is an exact swap? is there any issues when installing it with my stock '00' tranny? If i get the clutch with the '05' motor is that a direct bolt on too? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! thanks.

 

It will bolt right up. The clutches are the same for all model years.
