i replace the tct with a modded one but still making a ticking sound, sounds like its from the head area
hope its the tct, needs valve adjustment or something other that knock

doesn't sound like knock but im no expert. I would assume it was one of the valves and probably not a huge issue if taken care of. I would put a metallic object (such as a screw driver) on each of the header exhaust outlets then put your ear to the other side and see if you can tell which cylinder it is coming from. you will probably end up having to take off the the valve cover and check the valves and the gaps. If you don't feel comfortable doing it I would take it to a shop. I doubt it will be an issue if taken car of quickly but i would get on it so a valve doesn't drop into your engine or something else severe.
also, i just noticed that you don't have the header heat shield on. are those the stock headers? if not the after market headers aren't as thick to save weight. As a result you can hear the valve opening and closing much more easier. the sound doesn't actually sound that bad.
