Default Engine Vibration After Lowering My S

Hey all

I had buddy club coilovers installed in my s2000 and now it is sitting pretty low, about a finger gap all around.

After lowering it, the whole car viberates under acceleration. It did not do this before I lowered it.
The viberation seems to be coming from underneeth.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what do you do to fix it?

Thanks

Is this vibration during acceleration coming from the rear? If so, swap your inner cv joints from driver to passenger and passenger to driver.
Some others will tell you to get spacers but, no need just start on a fresh surface and swap them.

Read these threads and see if this is what your experiencing. Good Luck although I'm sure the inner cv joint cups are your culprit.

Definitely sounds like axle vibration.

Thanks heaps for that info.

If it doesn't turn out to be spacers that I need I will go to my mechanic and get him to swap my CV joints. I'm not game to DIY lol.

the half shaft spacers will do. there more easier than swapping the CV joints IMO.

Errmahgerd this is happening to me!!! Sorry for reviving this but I need help on the same issue. Last night I installed new buddy club N+ coils and went down to a finger and a half in the rear and a finger in the front. After driving it once or twice I notice a vibration I think more towards the rear that happens when I accelerate and I'm really worried about it. Nothing was wrong before the coils but now it's weird. Please let me know if I'm screwed!
