A little background before asking... I have an f20c swapped 1970 mgb gt. I'm intrigued by the electronic rack on the s2k and was thinking of converting the manual rack to the s2k unit. I'm using the factory PCM and wiring. Would I just need the module and steering rack? Or is there a steering angle sensor or anything else like that that may prevent an easy conversion?? I'll be running the factory steering column.

 

This should give you an idea of the components involved in the s2000 EPS it looks like the sensor is built into the rack itself.
