Default EPS Light solid

Currently, my EPS light is on, but I have full power steering assist function. I have tried jumping the OBD2 Service connector (pin 4 to pin 9) but it would not produce the DTC code or will not begin the EPS learn procedure. Any ideas what the issue may be?

Also my passenger side window does not work. Driver side is working properly, but not passenger. I believe it may be a coincidence, but just wanted to add another data point.

Dunno about the EPS problem. But, is the passenger side window switch disable on?

Great point that I forgot to mention in the OP. Yea, I ensured that wasn't engaged.
