On most web sites to buy Espelir ASD springs it says:

Honda 01-04 S2000 (AP1) ESPELIR Spring (ASD) Springs (ESA040)

Avg. Drop: Front/Rear 20mm/30mm

It looks from this that the front will drop less than an inch and the rear will drop more than an inch. Why is everyone saying it drops 1.3 inches front and rear? Has the specs changed for these springs or are the specs wrong?

Without the link it's hard to tell but you may be reading it wrong.

It could mean that the front/rear drop is BETWEEN 20 to 30mm. Or it could read like you stated.

What ever the specs... on a MY04 the drop is dead even.

 

How much stiffer are the ASD Springs compared to stock??
