Default Estimated time to replace springs on coilovers?

I have tools and am reasonably handy. I have coilovers and want to swap springs. I have a shop manual.

For those who have done something similar, what is your best estimation of time to swap 4 springs? I was thinking from walking out to the garage to all done in ~3 hours.

Reasonable estimation? I heard the rear can be a little bit of a PITA.

Thoughts, personal experience?

Thanks in advance.

3-4 hours is about right. If you can find helper and air tools, it will be much less.

3-4 hours is probably pretty close. You may be able to do it faster with power tools and if you dont take breaks and just work the whole time.

As far as when they need to be replaced it will very from manufacture to manufacture as well as how and where the car is driven (no way to give an accurate estimate sorry).

2 hours if you're experienced. 3-4 your first time through is reasonable.

The driver's side rear can be a little PITA because the fuel tube is in the way of the nuts..

They had the nice suggestion of removing the fuel filler neck bolts from inside the gas door.

I think I'm going to noodle around this weekend in the garage.

took me 5 hours, but i was doing it myself and taking my time to do it right. im pretty cautious. also the back is a pain, but you will get it. the filler neck isnt really in the way, just work your hands around and you will get it.
