Estimated time to replace springs on coilovers?
Make sure you have a buddy. You'll most likely need one extra person to help push down the rear rotors in order to get the rear arm bolts back in. It's near impossible to put those back in by yourself.
Save yourself the extra hour and blood and just have someone there for that part.
Other than that it's a piece of cake.

Loosen the fuel filler neck, it does help especially if you have big hands.
Get a pair of extra hands from a friend
Get a long breaker bar (lever) to push down on the rotors or borrow your fatest friend.

I did three of the springs yesterday.
My $0.02
1. PITA without a friend. Saving the 4th corner for a friend to help with.
2. Disconnect the front ABS sensors before unbolting the A-arms. DOH!
3. Removing the gas filler neck and swaybar in the rear were good tips.
4. If you're alone, the jack advice to push down the hub is a good idea.

you dont need a friend to push down on the rear for you. you just have to loosen the non allignment affecting suspension arm bolts. you just have to tighten them with the suspension compressed afterwards.
