Default Exhaust flanges/O2 sensor bung

Does anyone know where I can find some exhaust flanges and an oxygen sensor bung? I plan on having my fabricator make a custom test pipe (and may make several of them if demand is good). He's built my roll cage and custom intercooler piping for my turbo MR2... he's extremely good at what he does.

Will an exhaust shop carry those type of flanges? I haven't removed the cat yet so I haven't seen what they look like or if they are pretty standard or whatever...

Any help is appreciated, if all goes well I'll be able to help the community as well by offering a new test pipe with integrated O2 sensor defeat for a decent price.

Thanks,

-Greg

Can't help you with the flanges, but for the O2 sensor bung, you can get spark plug non-foulers and drill them out or just cut the ends off:

hehe thanks... I read that thread earlier while researching this topic.

The flanges look pretty "standard" but I'd like to have everything in stainless steel if possible.

I may head down to my local muffler shop and see if they have anything that would fit.

The out end of the cat is a strange sort of triangular flange. Best thing to do is take it to an exhaust shop and they can take a pattern from it (just disconnect the exhaust and do a rub with a piece of paper and a think pencil or charcoal marker). Then they can make up the flange from that.

Also for the sensor bung you can try Summit Racing, i've bought bungs from them before.
