Based on your request and the response by Mod Slows2k, I bought one too.

Goning to check my fit, and post back.

I just put mine on my MY07.
The resonator hangar is welded on 3/4" too low. Trip to napa for a 2-1/4" hangar, and all is well.
Not that bad a job, but did take some finangling and tweaking to get the tips to alighn.
I have a min of 3/8' clearance at the tightest spots.
Not a bad job if you are experianced at all with tools.
So......
YES, Magnaflow 15831 fits MY07's, (but buy a longer rubber hanger for the resonator).

ok I think I understand what you are saying. With my system the metal "u" shape is banging up against the bottom of the car and you are saying if I change the rubber hanger it will bring it down enough to clear? Because at around 3,000 rpm I get a vibration sound through the floor and at idle if I turn on the AC I get a sound as well. Perhaps my system is off a bit?

That's right. The "U" turn on the pipe is close. Too close unless the resonator hanger is lowered by about 1/2 - 3/4inch.
I went to Napa, and grabbed a hanger. I don't know what it fits or the p/n of the hanger.
I also had the left tip out further than the passenger side. The pipe was bent just a little off. I was able to persuade it cold, and it is now perfect.
The very inside of the lower valence needed about 1/8" relief done with a dremel to clear the cans. You can't tell it was trimmed.
I think that the resonator hanger could be bent up to work perfect, but you run the risk of tearing it out of the can. I had it hung just right, and decided to just change the rubber.
I'm very happy about the exhaust.
No drone, even with cat.
Well finished and looks hot.
Same mufflers as old Comptech and Spugen.
It's a bargain. Lots of funds left for other mods.

DO YOU GET ANY VIBRATION NOISE AT LOW rpm OR AT IDLE?

I considered the Magnaflow and intended to buy one until a brand new Comptech magically fell into my lap last year at a ridiculous price.

Looks like a good exhaust, post up a sound clip so I can compare to the comptech!

Your mufflers may look like mine, but only mine say Comptech Sport on top of the tips

No vibe at idle.
Mikey.... I bought these too for my RAM SRT10 and it's really sweet on that. They fit perfect, and the quality is top.
The S2000 is a pretty tight fit, and tolerances are really tight as a couple degrees off on a bend, translates into a real problem downstream.
The Mag's were so good on the truck, that had hoped that it would spill over to the sportscar. Yes, and no.
Sound and sound engineering is fantastic.
Build quality is just good, as if you aren't handy and determined, you may settle for less than what you wanted.
My Magnaflow is perfect now, and part of the satisfaction of knowing it was my work that made it so.
If Comptechs were in the $6xx range, I'd have bought it too. As it is, looks like I'm now team Magnaflow.

IF YOU DONT MIND CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT AMOUNT OF CLEARANCE DO YOU HAVE BETWEEN THE "U" PIPE AND THE BODY OF THE CAR? DID YOU ACHIEVE CLEARANCE BY ONLY REPLACING THE HANGER? SORRY TO BE A PAIN JUST TRYING TO FIX THIS PROBLEM, THANKS SO MUCH.

Hey red...
I should take pics......
If I didn't change the hanger, the upipe would hit for sure.
With the longer hanger, it clears by 3/8inch. (I can just mash my pinky finger between the body and pipe. You must have this clearance or you will have all the bad vibes you're talking about.
Go to a cole muffler / monroe / napa / autoparts (typically, old shops are better as if you go to some, and ask for some part not in car specific in the book, nobody can help), and get a hangar that is 2-2 1/4 between the holes. (stock 1'5"), or bend the resonator wire up 3/4 inch.
Good luck. You'll get it.
