Does anyone have access to a CAD file of the exhaust manifold face? Looking to put together a turbo manifold and it would save me some time. and spanner work.

 

Are you talking about the flanges? I have about 20 of them machined if you want to buy a couple. I will sell them for $45 each (+shipping of course)

A machinist will be able to take the flange and copy it... I don't have the original file however.

I'm after the pattern of the face where the manifold attaches to the head. Basically the exhaust manifold gasket with more accuracy. Is that what you have?

 

I have flanges that are already made that bolt to the head, which you can weld on to. I have about 20 of them made up out of 3/8" steel.

Only problem is what do they weigh. Shipping might be a killer.
