Default exhaust pipe flange

We are building a hotrod with the s2000 motor and trans. We need the flange from the front of the cat. convt. I know that test pipes have been offered, woundering if the manufacturer of these would sell just the front flange. Anyone want to trade a good cat for a testpipe?

Hondamet, you might talk to these people at Anthony's muffler shop. They custom make the Spugen exhaust systems for the S2000 and they do great work. I have one of their systems on mine. Here's the link

Good luck,
Bob

PS....What are you making?

We are building a 59 Nash Metropolitain hotrod/sportscar using a s2000 motor and trans and a Toyoto Supra independent rearend, Ford Musrang II front suspension, and SSBC front brakes with 13" rotors. We are using all the Honda wiring, cruse control, AC, gauges, fuel pump, and of course, the starter button. We have the catalitic converter, but can not fit it. We can make the flang to attach to the headers but it would be easier if we had this piece. We could also cut the flang from the cat we have, but it seems a shame to ruin a perfectly good cat. We also have some parts we can't use, including a steering rack and the electronic control unit for it, an airbox, and a complete AC/heater unit which fits under the dash.
Thanks, Sid

Sid, you are going to have to bring that car to Greenwood on a Saturday afternoon (The Suds) when you get it running. Let me know when you do and I will meet you there. This sounds like quite a project car.

Couldn't you buy a sheet of metal and cut the flange out. I'm planning on getting a stainless steel sheet of metal and cuting out pieces. But i can only get 12"x12" sheet I'm thinking I could make at least 4 maybe 6 flanges out of this if I cut it well.
