There's salt all over the exhaust which speeds things up by a lot.

You could detail that with a $6 can of header paint and it would look good whatever color you choose. Steel rusts.

I dont see how you guys can expect or complain for warrenty repair...they use aluminized steel which does rust and it's been stated plenty of times before. Cant really ask a vendor to cover something that occurs naturally and the material of the product is known. You dont goto honda and tell them your mild steel piping exhaust is rusting...cause you know it's gonna rust.
Never did I ask for a warranty repair or anything of that sort, I simply posted asking IF anyone has experienced what I posted above. Plus the exhaust came on the car when I bought it. Thanks for feedback guys.

I wasn't talking about you. I noticed you didnt ever say anything like that. I was talking about the people suggesting it.

Duc has replaced rusted exhaust pipes in the past.. I remember seeing it in a thread a year or so back.

Duc has great customer support. He's replaced my exhaust three times now and this last time I cured the rusting problem with Jet-Coat. Which in my opinion looks perfect. After driving for a while, with the latest exhaust, all I have to do is wipe it down to get the mirror shine back.

The rusting problem is very common with spugen and I also got the an odd pink shade on the piping where the paint was coming off. Living in Florida speeds the process of rusting up. Three months of daily driving to look like the first picture here.

Oh btw what did you put between the exhaust tip and muffler at the end of the exhaust?
