Default Exhaust system welded together, no flanges

the dude i bought my s from welded both sides of the cat converter together so theres no 2 and 3 bolt flanges. and they ended up breaking and i bought an invidia test pipe to replace it. cause i ordered an invidia n1 exhaust too the only thing is im not sure what angle to weld the donut flange onto the header to bolt the test pipe to the header and still be alligned with the exhaust.

i havent gotten the exhaust delivered here yet. and it's super super loud with running out of open headers -.-

Take the car to a shop, have them weld new flanges so you don't have this prob later.

Sounds like you will have to be welding/breaking welds every time you unbolt the exhaust.

nah i ordered an invidia catback and invidia test pipe so the 3 bolt flange is good. ima get a donut flange from autozone they sell them for like 5 bucks and get it welded to the header so i can bolt that part to the donut 2 bolt flange on the test pipe.

the problem im facing is i dont know what angle to weld the flange on the header at to match up right because my exhaust hasnt been delivered yet.

So wait until you have all the parts and then go to the shop, this way they can bolt everything up and it will be obvious how to align the flange. That's pretty much the only way to do it right.

I agree. Used OEM headers are cheap.
